About Me

I launched my career as a graphic designer and art director in Amsterdam, The Netherlands 20 years ago, and worked in Seattle prior to settling in British Columbia in 2005.

My skills and expertise cover a range of design and technical services including website (re)design and development, logo/visual brand development, design of event materials, newsletters, brochures, signage and direct mail campaigns. An overview of recent projects can be found here.

I am driven by the opportunity to forge relationships and help people get their message out, and I am particularly proud of my work in the non-profit sector. I have contributed to the success of many fundraisers, like AIDS Walk Seattle, Dining Out For Life and Sexual Health Day in B.C.

It is important to me to cultivate long-lasting relationships with the people and organizations that I work for. One of the things I love most about being a graphic designer, is the fact that I get to help so many wonderful organizations get their message out. There is no greater thing. I feel that this importance of connection to people keeps bringing me back to working for not-for-profit organizations.

Outside of work I love exploring the province with camera in hand, cooking and sharing food with good friends, and playing my bass and acoustic guitar.

I know enough. Let’s work together!
